I.S.B Command Provides permission for its Agents & Task Force members to Arrest Prototype For his crimes against the states of Liberty, Rheinland, Kusari, Bretonia & Europa. We supply them with the intelligence stored in 'The Core' to bring the criminals that we have named to justice.

All decisions taken by the I.S.B Task Force & Agents during the pursuit and arrest of these criminals should be considered decisions made in the heat of the moment. Any grievances should be submitted through the proper channels.

Agents are authorized to use any means necessary to arrest the target.
(NOTE: Only the character username mentioned is classed as the target. )

A member of the I.S.B. staff higher than the rank of Private must be present in making an arrest, and a member of staff with the rank of sergeant or higher must be present to order an execution.

On another note... what the hell is up with your ship? The textures have gone insane!

I think you can turn down the graphics and stuff...I'm pretty sure it can bring down your lag. I've been meaning to give it a try for awhile.

If that's what's going on, then why isn't the Abandoned City and jump gate in the background affected?

Wierd stuff... I still never would turn down my graphics, it goes against my 10 Commandments of Awesomeness.

1) Thou shalt not turn down graphics options, as thou must fully appreciate all systems and ships.
2) Thou shalt not swear in system chat, although private and group chat with friends is acceptable.
3) Thou shalt not ram capital ships, unless they're asking for it.
4) Thou shalt not regen during or between PvP, as it is very unsportsmanlike.
5) Thou shalt deal with all noobs in a way that befits their lowliness.
6) Thou shalt laugh at every text mistake ever, especially if it imitates lolspeak.
7) Thou shalt crash into a planet atmosphere or sun corona at least once every day.
8 ) Thou shalt crash into a planet atmosphere or sun corona if thou is assaulted by enemies outnumbering or outskilling thyself, thus depriving said enemies of any frags.
9) Thou shalt not pester admins, for they are the gods, and shall kick thy ass out of here in the time it takes to type thy name.
10) Thou shalt pilot all trade vessels through areas of conflict, for it is more interesting that way.
